I'm sure many of you know about Japan's phallic symbol festivals... it's a fertility festival for crops. I think.
Anyhow... Japan also has festivals for women's genitalia, as seen by the photo I took in Ohtawara-shi, Tochigi-ken, Japan back in the early 1990s with something called camera film... Ilford 200 black and white film, if memory serves me correctly (and it does).
That rock... it looks like a giant pu... well, you can see what it looks like. It's not just my very dirty imagination either. This is celebrated for exactly what I said it is.
It's not Plymouth Rock or Fraggle Rock or even Rock and Roll, though it does seem to be heavily involved in the music industry. It's only rock and roll, but I like it, like it, yes I do.
