Massage Parlor Busted For 13-Year-Old Employee

I've been around, while living in Japan. I've slept with a lot of beautiful women I had no business sleeping with and have been hit on my milfs, cougars, jailbait and those in-between.

I've have also been a junior high school teacher to kids 12-15-years-of age.

As such, I have a pretty damn good idea of what constitutes a woman and what constitutes an illegal, underage girl. Give me a real woman, any day.

Not once would I ever have confused one of them for an adult. Ever.

So... how could the owner of a Japanese Soapland (massage parlor where happy endings occur while being soaped up)—who has sen more good-looking Japanese women than I have—not be able to tell that one of his employees was only 13-years-old?

On Friday, April 13, 2012, police in Hyogo-ken (Hyogo Prefecture) spanked the manager of a Kobe-area soapland with charges of child endangerment, after it was discovered he had employed the young 13-year-old girl as an employee last year.

Kamimura Chikara (surname first), the 44-year-old manager of club Proud in the Fukuhara district, was written up for violating the Child Welfare Law. He was previously charged on February 22, 2012 for violating Japan's Anti-Prostitution Law.

If one can say this, but... in Kamimura's defense, the young girl at the center of this storm reportedly used the driver's license of a 21-year-old friend during the application process.

What a 13-year-old girl is doing with a 21-year-old is another story.

Says Kamimura: “I thought she was 18 years old.”

The girl reportedly told police that she took the job, which lasted for a week around last May 2011, to obtain spending money.

On April 16, 2012, a 31-year-old restaurant manager was among three men charged with violating the Employment Security Act regarding harmful business affairs in introducing the girl to the club. All three have denied the allegations.
