Cesium Found in Milk Powder

Matthew Hall - who should probably get a by-line for being a part of most of these blogs, has sent me a link to a story about Cesium (a radioactive element) being found in milk powder sold by the Meiji milk supplier prompting a massive recall. How did it get there? You can bet it has something to do with the radiation concerns following the near meltdown of a few nuclear reactors at the privately-owned TEPCO (Tokyo Electric Power Company) Dai-ichi nuclear facility in Fukushima-ken (Fukushima Prefecture), Japan.
