News from Japan suggests that the once-badly damaged Dai-Ichi (Big One) nuclear power generating plant in Fukushima-ken (Fukushima Prefecture) may have leaked some 45 tons of highly radioactive water from a purification device into the ocean this past weekend, according to TEPCO (Tokyo Electric Power Company), the private owners of the facility.
